UNESCO Postcards.

Hi! I'm Hyeon and I am 17 years old. I'm in my second year of high school (11th grade). I identify as a TCK (third culture kid) as I've spent a while outside of Korea when I was younger.

I love learning about different cultures and languages - I must admit that I'm not very good with them though. Maybe you could tell me why I should learn your language - I've been trying to learn German but the only thing I can say is kaffee bitte:(

I want to study meteorology or environmental sciences when I graduate from high school. Me and some of my friends are running an Instagram page dedicated to learning about different environmental problems and we try to update every week. (It's @greenerforeveryone if anyone wants to check it out!)

Fun fact! I used to be a geography nerd when I was in elementary school. I was able to locate every country in the globe on a blank map and name their capital city.

My hobbies are knitting, crochet, writing, fashion and Postcrossing! I started knitting when I was 10 and I've been on and off knitting for a very long time. I like writing but I don't think I'm very good at it nor is my handwriting neat - my teachers always tell me I should improve my handwriting but it was the best I could do. I prefer writing on paper - especially with fountain pens. I like hyper-feminine fashion styles but I never have the courage to go out on them so I usually opt for more toned down fashion.
