UNESCO Postcards.

Dear fellow Postcrossers!
Last night, I received a personal message from Marina (greatesthits) in which she launched a vicious personal attack. I am at a complete loss as to why she sent the message (it is not a reply to a postcard she received from me), so I've asked her for clarification. I haven't received a reply so far. Has anyone else received messages like these (see below)?

Well...Dear Doctor Professor and stuffy old Academian!

Unfortunately our path cross again. Fair warning. A happy postcard. Frankly...I don't like you. About people like you we say that Arrogance was born before you did.

I hate arrogant, standoffish people the worse! And my nice thank you wasn't unnoticed by your rude, ill mannered dismissal. You have no class. Despite of what you think.

Get off your pedestal, my dear professor and learn humility and modesty. Nobody cares about your title or education.

I have accomplished far more than you did. And all without your stupid degree that nobody needs or cares about. I have a daughter just like you. And as an older woman and a Mother I would strongly advise you to clam up And stop all your bragging!

Nobody listens.

You can block members in this situations. For conversations, you can close it and you have there an option for blocking. And for exchanges, you have a block option when you register an ID or when you cancel an exchange.
For Marina I have suspended the option to start new exchanges in this club for now. She can complete the current ones.

Wow. I have received another very cruel message from this person. And I am now stalked by her on other postcrossing sites as well. Time for me to say good bye, I guess?

Thank you, Danubius! I haven't heard from her since, and there has been no explanation or apology. I am glad that it wasn't anything I did wrong.

This clubs were supposed to be fun. I'm sorry for this. We had this situation with this person before. I tried to talk with her, but it only got worse and in the end I had to close her accounts.
After a while she came back and I was hoping that it will be okay this time.
I will try to talk with her again.

And now, I am at a complete loss. Today, I received a postcard from this member with a lovely note and all sorts of added bonuses like used stamps.
