Shalom! Why can't I add Jerusalem maps?

I added Jerusalem and "Old City of Jerusalem and its Walls".

I guess it was forgotten to be added, as Jerusalem has a special "status" on the Unesco list (it is not listed under Israel, but has it's own entry since it was proposed by Jordan).
